Game Kastle and subsidiaries use technologies (including items such as cookies or other like technology) to assist with analyzing trends, administering our website(s), track visitors browsing of said website, as well as collect demographic information. This is so we can analyze and best serve our customer base a whole as well as administering our business to the maximum potential. Some of our digital properties may collect your location to help you search for one of our stores, or when searching for the best nearby option for you. We may also collect this information when provided in store for the same purposes. Generally, location information is only retained when interacting with our digital property. We also know our customers come from both near and far, and use this information to help us best judge the reach of our business, advertising, as well as get a more whole conceptual understanding of our customer base. For any mobile application to identify your location, you must enable location services through your mobile device’s settings.
Our stores use cameras for security and safety purposes, as well as to measure customer traffic and behavior while in our store. Being in our brick & mortar stores is your consent to appear on camera for the state above purposes. This also is concurrent to our Store Photography policy.
Our websites, social media, any other digital presences are publicly accessible; any information provided there publicly will be view-able by the public. While we can remove publicly-visible information from said digital properties upon your request, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all information and/or records online.
Identifying you on our websites and other subsequent affiliated programs in order to present a customized experience and to maintain your account and the history of it.

We will retain your information until your account is deleted from our system or as needed so we can continue to provide services described above, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with any and all legal obligations.
As stated above, we at Game Kastle do not sell, rent, or provide personal information to third parties outside of the previously-stated social media marketing purposes. We will share your information only in the ways that we describe below.
