Thank you for supporting Game Kastle! We’re grateful for your purchase and want to ensure you are satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund or return via email at shop@gamekastle.com. Please note the following guidelines regarding our refund policy for online orders:

  • Refunds and returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Returns must include a valid customer receipt or order number.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, or as store credit.
  • Return shipping may need to be covered by the customer, depending on the specific situation. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • All returned products must be in sellable condition (unopened and unplayed).
  • We cannot accept returns on TCGs/CCGs.
